West Cork Music is saddened to hear of the passing of composer John Kinsella. He was a regular visitor to and vocal supporter of the Chamber Music Festival and wrote several quartets for the Vanbrugh Quartet to play in Bantry. He wore his genius lightly and was most generous to the festival. He will be much missed but his music will live on.
