Children’s Books Ireland in association with West Cork Literature Festival is proud to present this Properbook seminar on The Craft of Writing for Children and Teenagers – from Picture Books to YA Novels. Are you interested in how children’s books are created? Would you like to know how to write and format a picture book, or how children’s novels are crafted, from initial idea to final draft? Would you like to find out about resources available to children’s writers and illustrators, what publishers are looking for, if an agent is necessary, and how to submit your manuscript? Then Properbook is the event for you!

Suitable for children’s writers and illustrators at all stages of their book career, from beginners to more experienced writers, all are welcome! Come with questions, leave with answers.
