Two years ago Ardeo Quartet gave a mesmerising performance of Bach’s Goldberg Variations. Art of Fugue is now being explored by Quartets everywhere, none better than this wonderful unassuming Ardeo Quartet. This extraordinary work is known as Bach’s final work, stopping suddenly in the final Fugue. This concert is quite simply unmissable.
