Normal Office Hours: Mon – Fri 9:30am to 5pm

The office hours will expand during our West Cork Chamber Music Festival. More details will be available closer to the date.

Concessions, Savers and Packages

We offer (Subject to change)

50% concession for most events to those aged 16 and under. No other concessions are available
Student Day Passes available at €50. Also limited number of student discounts for individual concerts. Contact Box Office for details.
Packages for tour groups
20% saving on Festival Passes, which include Coffee Concerts, Crespo 4pm Concert, Main Evening Concert, and Late Night
20% saving on Main Evening Concert Passes
15% saving on Day Ticket Savers, which include Coffee Concerts, Crespo 4pm Concert, Main Evening Concert, and Late Night

Please contact the West Cork Music Box Office for these requests as they cannot be handled through our website. Note – Festival Passes, Main Evening Concert Passes and Day Ticket Savers can be booked using the booking form.

Refunds

Refunds will be given only in the case of a cancelled concert.

You can choose any amount. And we can send the voucher directly to the recipient, or to you, whichever you prefer.

To cash in a voucher, simply place your order with our team by phone, email or in person, quoting your gift voucher number.
