Payment Method & Booking Charges

We accept payment by debit/credit card, cheque, postal order and cash.

Booking with Cheque or Credit Card

  • €5 fee for all forms of booking

Tickets

  • No fee for ticket collection at the event or our offices
  • €3 fee for posting tickets

Office Opening Hours

Office Hours: Mon – Fri  09:30 – 17.00

Our hours normally extend over the weekends of the festivals.

Concessions, Savers and Packages

We offer

  • 50% concession for most events to those aged 16 and under. No other concessions are available

Please contact the West Cork Music Box Office for these requests as they cannot be handled through our website. 

Refunds

Refunds will be given only in the case of a cancelled concert or event.

Gift Vouchers

What better gift than a ticket to one of our festival’s concerts or events? Or even a choice of tickets!

You can purchase a gift voucher from our offices on +353 27 52788. You can choose any festival and any amount. And we can send the voucher directly to the recipient, or to you, whichever you prefer.

To cash in a voucher, simply place your order with our team by phone, email or in person, quoting your gift voucher number.

Vouchers are valid for five years from date of purchase. Terms and conditions apply.
