Peter Donnelly

Peter Donnelly is an award-winning author/illustrator based in Co Wicklow. His debut picture book, The President’s Glasses was a No. 1 bestseller and The President’s Cat and The President’s Dog both won the An Post Children’s Book of the Year, in 2018 and 2023 respectively. He is also the author of the bestselling Dead Zoo, and its sequel, The Great Discovery, which is shortlisted for the 2024 An Post Junior Children’s Book of the Year. His new book The President’s Sticker Activity Book is published by Gill Books in April 2025.
