Joe Murphy

Joe Murphy is a writer and storyteller. He has performed at All Together Now festival and in venues including Connolly’s of Leap, St.Luke’s Cathedral Cork, St. Catherine’s Cultural Centre Kinsale and The Fumbally Cafe Dublin. In his onstage persona as self-publishing local historian Jeremiah Dripsey, he explores topics including the negative effect of the easterly wind on Irish society, the shortage of farm labourers, septic tanks, and committee fund theft.
