Claire Kilroy is the author of five novels, including Soldier Sailor, which was shortlisted for the Women’s Prize for Fiction and Eason Novel of the Year at the Irish Book Awards. She was awarded the Rooney Prize in 2004 and has been shortlisted for many other prizes, including the Kerry Group Prize for fiction.
