Kym Corridan

Kym Corridan is a pianist from Riverstick, Co. Cork, recently graduated with first class honours BMus and currently studying for a MA in piano performance at the CIT Cork School of Music, studying under teacher Mary Beattie.

The recipient of the gold medal at the Advanced Piano Repertoire Over 18s category at Feis Midleton (2017), she has taken part in masterclasses with pianists such as Barry Douglas, Maria Mc Garry and Niklas Pokki, and has been invited to perform at lunchtime concerts series such as St. Mary’s Cathedral Lunchtime Concert Series (2019), Mary Immaculate College Lunchtime Concert Spring Series (2019), Kinsale Arts Weekend (2018), and Tracton Arts Festival (2018). She also enjoys engaging in chamber music, and received first place in the Cork School of Music Piano Accompaniment Competition (2017).
